Close Work Order

On this page you can view/update the work order invoice before closing the work order.

Work order invoice details you can view and update are:

• Work Order Charges

• Travel Charges and Adjustments

• Labor Charges and Adjustments

• Parts Used and Charges Adjustments

  You can choose to add parts from the Parts & Inventory module if enabled.

• On-Site Charges

• Miscellaneous Charges

• Recorded Refrigerant Events

• Work order Resolution

To add charges or adjustments, click the plus button.

Options at the bottom of the page include submitting the invoice for final review before closing the work order and the ability to link to another work order.
